2. Create an Account and List your Property
You must create free homesale.plus accounts. Once created, Patrick can manage the sale, and you can track the process in real-time. After listing in the MLS, a homesale.plus rep will create your property listing.
3. Your Home is Marketed and Buyers Register
Homesale.plus listings attract significant interest, often resulting in over 100 showings in under a week. Prospective buyers must submit documentation to prove their purchasing capability, such as a pre-approval letter or bank statement.
4. Offers are Fielded
Buyers submit their best offers online in a transparent format during a set period. Offer parameters include price, financing type, down payment, inspection contingencies, and closing days, with additional conditions shared in comments.
5. Offer Acceptance and Close
